We are looking to hire highly motivated intake specialist and case manager to assist our firm.  You will be responsible for:

• Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls;
• Requesting information from medical providers;
• Uploading data into case management software;
• Interacting with legal assistants and attorneys on screening decisions;
• Advising potential clients if we can handle their case;
• Following up with potential clients; and
• Other duties as assigned;

Ideal candidates should possess the following credentials

• Experience using a case manager system or ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 applications (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint, etc. )
• Strong client communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Must have a dedicated at-home workspace free of distractions

We are looking to hire highly motivated attorneys with at least three years of litigation experience.  Candidates must possess the following credentials:

• Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina and ideally North Carolina
• Must have completed 403 credits
• Must have 3+ years’ experience
• Must be able to learn new and contribute building systems
• Must have strong academic qualifications
• Must have excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills
• Must be able to independently manage a caseload
• Must be able to quickly learn and use new technologies
• Must have a dedicated at-home workspace free of distractions
• Must live/reside in South Carolina or North Carolina and can travel to/from hearings.
• Must be hungry

We are looking to hire highly motivated legal practice assistant (“LPA”) to assist our fast-paced environment.  You will be responsible for establishing and organizing case files for new and existing clients; maintaining virtual case management system; keeping clients informed of their cases; supporting attorneys by drafting documents and communications including discovery; requesting medical records from client’s providers; other duties. Candidates must possess the following credentials:

• 1 – 5 years’ experience as a legal assistant or case manager
• Experience using a case management system
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Strong Microsoft Office applications (outlook, word, excel)
• Strong client communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
